I've been visiting this particular location since I was a child, and it has changed over the years. My dad used to order a jug of beer and a large pizza, along with fountain drinks for my brother and me, all for about $20. Now, it's $40 just for a large pizza and three bottled drinks. They've removed the fountain drinks and no longer provide cheese and pepper flakes on the tables. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant. It's just that the prices have significantly increased.
Should really be a 0. Place has gone downhill in recent years. Placed an order and was misquoted by 45 minutes. When addressed, the girl blamed it on Door Dash (I ordered via phone with Papa Gino's, was never told DD would even be involved) and gave nothing but attitude. I cancelled the order on the spot and yet a week later I am still having to contact their corporate team to get my refund.
It was crazy busy in kingston. My stars is for the associate at the grill. While everyone up front appeared somewhat confused, he banged out the orders with a calm cool demeanor and was just keeping things in control in a stressful environment. I really appreciate that he gave me a status on my order thru the chaos.
I grew up going to Papa Gino's in Kingston as my brother used to work there but haven't been back in quite a while as life has been busy. When I walked in so many memories came back. The staff was so friendly and the food was so good just as I remember if not better. I will definitely be back frequently. Book a table now
Kara sold me a Gatorade after my shift and even asked if I'd like some chips or a cookie to go with it. The customer service was outstanding! I ended up choosing the chocolate chip cookie based on her recommendation. 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Excellent customer service cute team leader and amazing cheese steak sandwich. Food was fresh and hot great fries.
