I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I placed an order through the Papa Johns app at 11 PM on a Monday night. Although the app notified me that my order was on its way and then marked it as delivered, there was no pizza or delivery driver in sight. I attempted to call the store, but the automated message informed me that they were closed. The service was extremely poor, and I won't be ordering from here again.
I ordered four large pizzas from Papa John's through their app, but three of them were prepared incorrectly. The restaurant quickly sent out three replacement pizzas and allowed us to keep the original ones. Their outstanding customer service, combined with the delivery team's timely service, truly impressed me. I'm unsure why this place has received bad reviews because I would definitely order from them again.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Ordered a medium takeout pizza with chicken poppers. I had forgotten how sweet Papa John's tomato sauce is. It’s not my favorite, especially after having authentic pizza in NYC. However, I’m giving four stars for the excellent service, cleanliness, and for those who enjoy this style of pizza.
The pizza was disappointing—greasy and soggy, definitely not up to par. On the bright side, the wings were fantastic. I often order from this restaurant, but today's pizza was just terrible.
