This was my first time trying Papa John's pizza and I wanted to share my experience as I am a dedicated reviewer. I decided to order the new Epic Paprika Filled Crust Pizza and when I arrived, the workers were pleasant and efficient. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. However, when I got back to my car, I discovered that the pizza was just a cheese pizza and my child wouldn't eat it. After realizing my mistake, I called the restaurant to see if they could remake it or if I could purchase some paprika to add at home. well.. ordering online is basically what you'd like the pizza to be. light cheese.. if they feel like it. well done. maybe... the toppings are always correct but why ask if you want well done or light cheese, its just gonna be made however they feel like making it. delivery is great. other than that. dont expect the extras.
???????????????????? My crew has my back with the best pizza and deliveries over any hut in town. I don?t eat pizza anymore but when I need to spread the love all over town, this location makes it happen, 4 or 5 times last week I?m sure. Highlyrecommended.
Driver called me, I missed the call. Called back twice and texted less than 2 minutes later and my order was cancelled. I called the store and they watched me call and would not answer the phone. Horrible customer service from Matthew Martin.

I've almost never had an order here that was wrong or bad the only time there was an issue was I asked for square cut and it was traditional but they offered immediately to make me a new one and to get a credit for the next time
I ordered three pizzas online and was told it would take 15 to 25 minutes. The tracking indicated that they were ready, but they weren't actually done for another 10 to 15 minutes. However, the pizza was delicious!
The service was professional and attentive, with a focus on maintaining a safe distance and ensuring security, which added a mental layer of comfort as everyone wore masks. There was minimal waiting time.
Ordered pies at 6:44... It's now 8:26 and we still don't have food. Pretty pathetic. We have both worked in the food industry and neither of us would have allowed this to be a thing.

I was disappointed with the Parmesan crust on the papadia, as it was quite different from what was shown in the commercial.
The experience was excellent, with fast service and very friendly staff.
