Last night, Saturday June 5, 2021; I used my Uber Eats to get Papa John’s Large Works Pizza add Garlic Sauce to the crust with no black olives and extra onions. Plus, I ordered the 6 piece Chipotle wings with Blue cheese and they were soooooo Good. My Pizza was the $14.99 special and the crust was so good, crispy, tasty and meat along with the vegetables were all fresh. I tell you I almost ate it all.But, I stopped myself. I’ve got 2 wings left and 4 slices of pizza. I give it all 4 ‘S. I give the cook 5 stars and the driver too because it didn’t take 80 minutes to get to me and my food was prepared with perfection. I’m very happy with my food and the service that I receive from Papa John’s....
This is the third time I've ordered a barbecue pineapple pizza with extra pineapple, only to find that at least three slices are completely missing any pineapple. I brought this issue to the manager's attention, and he insisted that it was extra pineapple. I asked him why three slices had no pineapple at all if that were the case. I showed him the slices and explained that this isn't how extra pineapple is served. He then told me that since I came in with a bad attitude, he would fix my pizza. I calmly let him know that I would speak to the owner and then left his establishment.
We order pizza... A LOT. We don't normally have problems with our food, but on occasion they have forgotten sauce that we've ordered. They have corrected our orders that have been incorrect and even refunded us or given us an order on them, so I would just say to call if something is wrong. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would reccomend this location.
I placed an order over the phone, and after waiting 40 minutes, I called back to inquire about it. The manager challenged the time I had noted on my phone and said it would take an additional 20 minutes. Frustrated by this, we chose to cancel the order. I found the manager’s attitude to be unprofessional.

To me, the crust is the most important part. It should have a homemade, yeasty flavor that supports the whole dish. Unfortunately, what I received resembled a pre-made base with minimal toppings.
The pizza at this Papa John's is consistently delicious; however, it’s unfortunate that the staff, including the manager, appear to lack proper customer service training.
Ordered an hour ago Pizza just got here and it’s cold Surprise surprise Chik fil a the only place around here where the food is fresh and the orders are right .
I ordered delivery and my order was missing some items. The customer service was poor and they didn't seem to care.
