This store is going down hill fast. Last order I placed they tried to pass off saying they didn't deliver to my address but I have been ordering from this store for 7 years. Now today they completely messed up my order and when I called in to talk to themanager he just said he wasn't taking orders because he was so backed up. I was on hold for 15 minutes and called back in andgot the same answer. I told him I'm not calling to order I'm calling to have my order corrected and he placed me back on hold.Not only was it wrong but the pizza was not even cut. I would love a call from the owner about this method of doing business. Mypregnant wife can't eat the order that was delivered.
Everything in the store had a film of white dust on it. The store might be going thru renovations, but please do a proper wipe down of everything... display cases, counter, display bottles.... everything. The food prep workers had no gloves on whilehandling food items. Between the white dust and the food prep workers not wearing gloves, there was no way we could eat anythingfrom that store. The young man at the counter had no idea of what he was doing. Had no idea of the new product, and was notproperly trained. Horrible.
The late night staff was so friendly. My first job was at papa John?s working the late shift and everyone here was positive and gave my wife an extra special birthday surprise! Leeann and Mouse made us an amazing pie, and I couldn?t be more impressed withthe attitude of these young people.
The food is consistently quick, hot, and fresh! We take advantage of the Papa Dough rewards and promotional codes, making it budget-friendly for the quality we receive. For those with dietary restrictions, the gluten-free pizza is fantastic. I usually order it well done with extra cheese.

I ordered an all-meat pizza for delivery, and it had almost no meat on it. The pepperoni was sliced so thin it was practically paper! Goodbye, Papa John's.
Food is good. Always messing up orders and having to redo. Order says is ready on the App but then never is at that time. All started with new Management.
Very bad service. Charged for an order that was never placed nor received. Their fault and they refused to refund. Marginal pizza.
The pizza was fantastic! It was fresh out of the oven when I arrived to pick it up.
