It's no surprise that this place has the stars it does. Unfortunately, the employee named Rene was extremely rude. He put me on hold several times and then hung up on me. I called to add a few items to my existing order, but instead of assisting me, he lied and claimed my order was already on its way, despite the fact that I could see it was still being prepared on the app. Before I could even respond, he hung up on me again. His attitude is unprofessional, and if he dislikes his job, I don't understand why he's still working there. This was my first and last time ordering pizza from this location. I can't comment on the pizza itself yet since it's still being made.
What a disappointment! They boast about their customer service, take your money, and then mess up your order. When we called to let them know about the mistake, they claimed we had the wrong location and hung up on us. Honestly, one star is too generous. I tried calling back to speak with a manager, but the manager wouldn't answer the phone. We will never order from Papa John's again, and I will make sure to share our experience with family and friends. This place is a complete joke! It's located in Pomona, California.
What happened to our favorite pizza place? I ordered an X Large NY pizza. Spent $20. Hardly any sauce or cheese. Hardly any toppings either. Just awful. I called the store, you get a commercial and no human. I called corporate and was promised a call in 48 hours. Crickets. What a waste of money and time. Bye Bye Papa John.
The service was quick, but felt somewhat rushed and impersonal. The staff wasn't particularly friendly, and I found it surprising that they only provided two or three napkins without any plates. Overall, it felt more like a quick in-and-out experience rather than a welcoming dining atmosphere.

I give this place 3 stars because I had to wait a long time. They forgot to modify our order! However, the food was affordable and quite tasty, plus it came with garlic sauce! I’ll have leftovers for lunch tomorrow!
Something about Papa John's pizza just tastes better than most other chains. The dough, the meats and veggies just go together very well. They have your order ready when they say it's ready, I'm satisfied.
Papa John never disapoints. Made to order, not greassy and make sure to get it with Garlic Parmesan Crust. Order on line and they will make it and have it ready between 14 to 25 minutes.
Placed an order only to be called half an hour later and be told that the online order was not responded to and the store couldn’t be reached by phone from headquarters.
