DIESER location is the best PaPa Johns around if you want to look for AMAZING,Fresh Toppings, FRIENDLY Staff and a CLEAN location. I made the switch from the state road location after years of rude service, pizza with hardly any toppings, cold food and watching that they make pizza with bare hands and then deal with cash, then go back to make pizza again. This Stow location IS 5 STARS for a THICK PIZZA ,Loaded with toppings that always looks like the PICTURE of what pizza should look and I have no staff treated money between making pizza! GREAT JOB to this Stow location.... You have a new LOYAL CUSTOMER .
2 pizzas on line 1 ordered for me, could not find out how to change size, so she kept big. Nice boy who greets you when he arrived. My wife and I liked our pizza very much. Now eat and snack, happy got big.
The five Stars is for the quality of the food. I know it's been tough times of staffing and people are worn out and tired because they work their butts off. But sometimes being rude is not a good thing
Update: Ate here again and the food was AWESOME. Maybe they have new employees, but everything was extremely fresh and the staff was very professional. From 4 stars to 5!
