I frequently order Papa Johns pizza because my family and I like the quality of it. However, today July 3, 2022, I received a strange looking cheese pizza and a used cup of garlic sauce inside the pizza box. I called the store and spoke to the generalmanager, Jay, about my concerns. I stated what was wrong and said we don't know if this food is harmful or poisonous and he wentvery belligerent calling me rude for pointing out that I do not feel the food is safe for my family to eat, which I had everyright given the condition of the pizza. Regret. I went against my better judgment and decided to buy anyways. Resulted in me getting to enjoy grease-soaked, undercooked, doughy, limp pizza and diarrhea. Of course I ate some as had already paid for it, but ended up throwing away theremaining half. *I added a star as the past few times bought here were decent.
I was put off by the presence of many bearded men, each scratching or playing with their beards. The staff appeared disheveled, as if they had just rolled out of bed. The hair of the staff was only halfway combed. Service was rated a 3 out of 5, while the atmosphere was rated a 1 out of 5.

I will never return to this restaurant. The staff was extremely rude. The service was for takeout, during dinner. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. The food, service, and atmosphere were all rated as a 1 out of 5.
Ordered 2 large pizzas, cheeseticks and cookie. The cheesesticks were old and they threw cheese on top! To add insult to injury, they then placed the marinara sauce on top. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Food: 1
