The breadsticks had no seasoning, and the butter was watery and sour. When I called to complain, the woman on the phone said the sauce might have spoiled because it was hot, and she was too busy to take complaints since she had other orders to handle. She said at least the breadsticks were warm... seriously? I was shocked. She told me to call back the next day and speak to the manager, Parvez, because she barely works there and doesn’t know much. I wish I had checked the reviews for this franchise before placing my order. I avoided the app because it indicated a wait time of over an hour, so I decided to call in my order instead. I was told it would take 15 minutes, but it ended up taking over 30 minutes. On top of that, they charged me nearly double the price, claiming that they don’t honor the online pricing if you don’t use the app. I won’t be returning here again.
I ordered a pizza from Papa Johns Pizza and unfortunately found a hair in it, but I understand that mistakes can happen. When I called the restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised by how kind and helpful they were. They quickly sent a replacement pizza right to my home. I would definitely order from them again. Their customer service was outstanding—they genuinely listened to my concerns and solved the problem.
I ordered a Philly steak pizza with a thin crust and asked for it to be cut neatly. When it arrived, it appeared quite dry and had bits of bacon and sausage mixed in with the steak. As I don't eat pork, I was really disappointed and ended up throwing the whole pizza away. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who is Muslim or Jewish, as it seems they mix all the meats together.

The pizza maker showed a shocking lack of respect, yelling at the delivery driver in a very unprofessional manner. If you're thinking about applying for a job here, I recommend looking elsewhere. I also noticed that he was handling the food with dirty hands and wasn't wearing gloves at all.
The dish looked nothing like what was shown in the picture, and I'm really disappointed. It seemed to be just chicken nuggets with a large amount of BBQ sauce slathered on top. Overall, I am very unsatisfied with this experience!
This pizza is absolutely addictive! I snapped this photo just 20 minutes after receiving it, and it still tasted incredible. I really enjoy all the toppings they use!
The appetizer was enjoyable, but it felt a bit dry due to the lack of sauce. I would have liked more sauce to enhance the flavor.
