A male African American employee wearing glasses provided a very rude experience during the night shift at 12:45 am. I was picking up an order for Uber and was completely disregarded initially because he knew I was there for Uber. He then openly displayed a negative attitude towards me in front of others, making aggressive and offensive comments. This behavior should be reported to corporate in order to have him removed from his position. No one should be treated with such disrespect, especially those in the working class. If he does not enjoy his job, he should find alternative employment. Action should be taken by management at this location to address this issue.
For many reasons I would not recommend Papa Johnson, the one that is located here on Forest Avenue Staten Island, too dirty, very rude, and racist, the one who was serving yelled at me very ugly, and when my order was ready he didn't say anything to me, he just put it There, at the show and he left, and I had to ask him if that was my order. They are very rude they should put people with desire to work. NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN

The food is delicious, but the service can be a little slow at times. The staff is friendly, and I always notice them keeping the restaurant clean. They offer takeout, but there is no dine-in option available.

Took 2 hours just for a small pie and 6 wings it was dry and unflavored. I want a refund NEVER order from here unless u wanna eat cold
