I've been a regular customer of this location for over 5 years. Today, I received the WORST customer service while making my phone order. It's sad that leaving this type of review for business that lasted through this pandemic. The employee was abrupt and disrespectful no matter how pleasant and polite that was being shown to her. Politely, I asked for the manager and she did not give the manage the phone. I decided to not pick up my order or trust it will be a pleasant experience moving forward. I'm totally disappointed and will wait for a better day if I return.
I realize that two years ago I wrote a review that said always wonderful. Today I wanted to introduce a friend to Papa Murphy's Pizza. As I have always got a wonderful pizza here today was the exact opposite. I got a chicken bacon artichoke Pizza. The whole pizza weight about a pound. There was about 12 pieces of chicken. There was about 12 artichokes. And the spinach was minimal. I don't think I will be going back there soon. I can't tell you how disappointed I was.
These guys lost a long time client. I called in to ask a question about an order I was going to submit online, guy offers to take my order over the phone so I agreed. He then charged me more than the online price that I didn’t realize until I got home. I’ve brought it up to them and they’ve done nothing to resolve the issue. Make sure you order online otherwise you’re paying a lot more than you should
This is my 1st and last time ordering from Papa Murphys. I ordered 7 pizzas. That 's a lot of money to be spending there, You would think they would have a bag or a box you could put them in. Nope! That is what I was told. Very weakly wrapped pizzas I have to stack up and put in my back seat

I used to have these pizzas a lot when I was a kid. I’ve tried them again recently and they still hold up to that same great standard of affordable, convenient, and delicious. As long as you have a big oven, you have good pizza. 10/10 every time.
The toppings are an A-. The sauce is a B-. The cheese is a C-. The crust is a D-. Overall, I’d give the quality a C+. But considering the price it’s bumped up to a B-. The service is generally decent.
I ordered the Veggie Gourmet with red sauce and regular crust. My father baked it and I have to say the pizza was amazingly delicious! Everyone just loved it. Nothing compares to Papa Murphy’s Pizza!
Great pizza best price great service! My favorites are the cowboy, papas all meat and the chicken garlic
