Worst Papa murphys I have ever been to! I will never ever come back to this location ever! I called in an order of one pizza so when I came to pick up it would hopefully be ready and be faster then walking in ordering and waiting forever. I walked to the empty express lane 20 minutes after calling there is a pick up order here with a sign that says to stand there is you called in your order. Nobody acknowledged me for over 7 minutes just stared at me and continued making pizzas. 3 other employees walked right by the register and also did nothing just walked away to the back. I like Papa Murphy's as a whole. However the service at this location leave a bit to be desired. If your not careful about checking your order (or ordering online) chances are you won't get what you ordered. I find this to be especially truthful when ordering extra items like extra cheese or toppings. I used to order once a week. So I did a little test. I ordered a pizza with extra toppings (including cheese) and took a picture. Ordered one with regular toppings. They were both the same. I started ordering from a different location and low and behold you could tell it had extra toppings. It's a shame. This location is the closest and easiest to get to. But I do like to get what I pay for ord...
The food itself tasted good. However, my service was awful. First, the guy taking orders stared at me the entire time I was scanning the menu board, making me feel rushed. Second, the kid making the pizza managed to forget 1 of 3 toppings I ordered which I did not notice until I was home). Third, I ordered cheese sticks, which are supposed to come with marinara sauce but they did not include it. If you buy food from here, thoroughly check your order for accuracy because the employees will not. I will not be a returning customer.
Ordered the Pizza over the internet At 10am for a 4PM pickup. I had some things come up were i was running late to pick up the pizza arrived at 4:40 PM and they had not even started making pizza. this was prepay so there was no excuse for it not to be done. I demanded a refund and will not be back. No customer service!!
