This review may be influenced by that fact that we were offered it by the hotel as compensation for my friends' dissatisfaction with their room. However, we all agreed it was superb. Very friendly, welcoming and attentive staff (the lovely Alejandra deserving special mention). The best food of the holiday (beating El Porron by a small margin, though they're completely different experiences). I had wreckfish, which I'd never come across before, and it was fabulous (and came, unusually for Tenerife restaurants in our experience, with vegetables). Strawberry soup for dessert was another new and very enjoyable experience. On the pricey side for Tenerife, but not excessively so, we thought.
This was definitely fine dining. The service (from Alejandra) was charming, friendly and efficient. Our excellent meal started with a glass of champagne and the courses were served at just the right pace. Everything was very well presented and, unlike many fine-dining restaurants, the dishes were also quite substantial. The only negative is that it was comparatively expensive for Tenerife which can be the only reason it isn't significantly higher on the TripAdvisor rating list.

Fui con mi pareja y nos sirvieron un menú de degustación. El menú era super completo y todos los platos estaban riquisimos. Además, la camarera fue super amable y nos atendió muy bien y el ambiente es bastante agradable y tranquilo. Sin duda lo recomiendo, sobre todo para una ocasión especial.
You can feel the soul of a classic hotel in this space. They welcome you with champagne and the dinner is full of surprises. Is local cuisine very well treated and presented, from the crockery to the service, everything excellent. They have testing menu but we preferred a la carte.
