I've been living in the Ramtown area of Howell for nearly three years, and I've struggled to find a pizza that I truly enjoyed. Coming from Brooklyn, I know I have higher standards for pizza! However, earlier today, several of my neighbors recommended Papa V's, so we decided to order from them this evening. I was impressed. It's quite challenging to find a great Sicilian pizza with the perfect thickness and crispiness, but Papa V's nailed it – I savored every bite. We also sampled the Mussels Marinara in a mild sauce, which had just the right amount of heat for me. My husband ordered a personal pizza with onions and said it was excellent. Everything arrived hot, and the delivery guy happened...
The Saltimbocca pie, on the other hand, is round and features breaded chicken cutlets, roasted peppers, and cheese. It was incredibly delicious! The flavors complemented each other perfectly—just sheer perfection! I must also mention the crust. We had recently visited another pizzeria where the crust lacked flavor, which was disappointing. Our go-to pizza place has a crust that’s flavorful on its own, so we were let down by that other spot. But Papa V's crust is packed with flavor, has the right amount of chewiness, is crispy, and is simply fantastic! I will definitely come back. I just wish they were closer to my home for easier delivery!
After visiting the Makerfest in Tom's River and stopping by Hincks Turkey Farm in Wall to order our Thanksgiving Dinners. The next stop was for some pizza. Thanks, Andreya Taylor for the recommendation. Had them make me an upside down Pizza aka Trenton Tomato Pie Style. They did a great job, tasty sauce with a crust with the right amount of softness and crispness.
Excellent pizza! The staff is incredibly friendly and genuine, making you feel right at home. Their shirts and some of the signs are really funny too! I tried the Buffalo pizza, and it was fantastic—though the sesame-crusted pizzas and all the other options looked amazing. I will definitely be back! Food: 5/5

I literally never write reviews but this place has been awesome. I've been in Ramtown a few years now and couldn't find a go to pizza place we enjoyed. I've ordered Papa V's 4-5 times now and it's always good and super consistent. I'm glad I found this place.
This is a small pizza place with a cozy brick interior. I tried the Big Mac slice and the Nono, and overall, they were quite good. The flavors were tasty, and the service was prompt. I would rate the food a solid 4 out of 5.
I had a slice of their eggplant rollatini pizza for lunch, and it was delicious and satisfying. The prices are reasonable, and the counter staff were very friendly and pleasant.

My husband and I moved to the area a few months ago and Papa V's never disappoints! Everyone is always so nice and the pizza comes out so so delicious.
Papa V's is the best. It's not just a pizza to them and you can tell. The only thing that can beat their customer service is their crust!
