I order from this pizza place pretty regularly. Everytime I’ve ordered I have put in the same order online and if they don’t understand what I mean they call me. The food is normally fresh, and good. I’ve only had an issue with my pizza once and normally the service is good so I called to see if they could fix my issue and I immediately felt they didn’t care. I talk to Scott multiple times and the first thing he said was “this isn’t our fault”. He took zero accountability and never attempted to correct the issue with my order. I am new to the area. In search of an awesome pie, my friend suggested Papa’s Pizza. I admit I was reluctant, only because I was familiar with a couple of other pizza places in the area. I ordered (delivery from Papa’s … and it arrived hot and fresh and crispy not warm/wet from a mobile warmer. It looked good but I knew when I heard it crunch and got a nice thick cheese pull as I grabbed a piece from the box to my plate we have a winner. I thought “hmm… I guess we’ll see” and took a bite. (WOW! The dough was crispy and light but the bottom didn’t sag. The pepperoni grease was on top of the pepperoni, not all over the pizza, the sauce wasn’t sweet and wasn’t bitter at all. Papas Pizza of Allen Park NEVER let's me down. The food always exceeds my expectations. Doesn't matter what time of the day I order, my food is always made to perfection. The customer service is excellent as well. Everyone I encounter there, is always pleasant and provides great customer service. One of THEE BEST locations I've been to.
Amazing customer service. They forgot our beverage and the driver went back in the pouring rain to the store to get it and bring it back.Food has always been good from here too. Best ranch and cheese bread.
