When I asked about my order, I was told it would be another 10 minutes. I expressed my frustration, but the manager responded rudely and simply offered to refund my money instead. I insisted on receiving my meal since I had already waited nearly an hour. When the ribs finally arrived, they had been sitting in a bag for about 30 minutes, which meant that the other meats I had ordered were cold by the time they reached my home, just 15 minutes away. We drove 45 minutes only to find out that they were out of half the items we requested. No loaded potatoes, no half chickens, and no jalapeño bread? We ended up ordering the chicken breast and brisket instead. Once we got home, I was hopeful that our order would be correct after how apologetic they were about not having what we wanted. To my disappointment, there were no sides in our boxes! All we received was an almost empty container of dried-out brisket and a few strips of chicken. This is really disappointing. I understand that there's a high demand and limited supply, but come on—at least let us know when there’s no food left to order before we waste our time!
I visited last night at around 6 PM and had a fantastic experience. The ribs and brisket were absolutely delicious! The staff here are amazing and really contribute to the great atmosphere. The dining area is clean, with good music playing in the background, and the restrooms were spotless. The manager on duty even took the time to greet us, which was a nice touch. I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge this location. I give it 5 out of 5!
The restaurant is very expensive for the quality of food you receive. A small side portion of macaroni cost $6 and was dry, with the container not even being filled. The pulled pork sandwiches were tasty but would have been better if they were served hot. The bacon cheeseburger was slightly salty but still enjoyable, and it was quite large.

0 0 0 0 ZERO ZERO STARS, A waste of 50.00 15.00 for this dry chopped beef sandwich. 19.95 for half rack of baby back ribs tasted a day old and no moisture. Mac and Cheese barely had cheese. Chicken wings were just ok. Carrot cake is always good, other thanthat, HORRIFIC Horrible experience.
Me and my wife came for lunch we both a loaded potato she got brisket on hers I got pull pork on mine they were delicious, there was no wait in line literally got the food within the first 5 minutes we got here the staff was really nice and friendly the place had a nice atmosphere to it
The dining area is very pleasant. The bacon cheeseburger was incredible! It was one of the largest and juiciest burgers I've had in a long time, and the bun was excellent. The fries are also quite large.
The sliced turkey, baked potato, and the two-meat plate featuring brisket and turkey were all delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and the ambiance after a long day of shopping!

The classic chopped baker from Pappas truly shines on its own. I just wish they would include a bit more bacon like they did in the past. Nonetheless, it’s still an excellent option!
The food was outstanding, and the atmosphere was delightful. The ribs were quite large but had a bit of extra fat. The service was exceptional.
