I want to start with the good and then go to the bad. The good: Service was 4-stars... She was friendly and efficient. Food presentation was immaculate. The bad: my food was at best a 2 out of 5. I got a side salad with the house vinaigrette andMama's meatballs. The vinaigrette was overpoweringly sweet and ruined the salad. The meatballs were subpar. I appreciate thatthey were handmade and should have been very good but the sauce and seasonings were terrible. The sauce tasted like bland pizzasauce with chunks of tomato in it. My boyfriend and I spontaneously chose PaPPos after he accidentally dropped the pizza he brought home from work, leaving it face down on the ground. He was feeling pretty down about wasting it. So, I placed an online order and included a little note about our pizza mishap, unsure of how to request a balsamic drizzle for our new pizza.
When I picked up the pizza, the staff was incredibly welcoming, even though it was close to closing time. They wrote a sweet message on my box, letting us know that this pizza would be even better than our previous one, complete with a smiley face. It really lifted our spirits to see that they read and cared about our notes!

It wasn't bad. Got a hand tossed medium and it was good just had little to much sauce. Not a big deal. But my pops pointed it out to. The pizza looks great so probably can make better ones would give them another shot. Just ask for light sauce. Also it took 25min to cook the pizza. Would got a delivery but have to use the computer. So not sure if ya can call ahead of time to have it made might ha e to go online. Nice bar in the restaurant can watch sports . Nice pizza house overall.
The bartender was fantastic, and the salads and pizza were outstanding. The medium Hawaiian pizza was priced at $19, which might be a bit steep, but they use quality ingredients and offer customization to suit your preferences. They also have a solid selection of draft beers, with some priced at $5 a pint. The atmosphere was great! I’ll definitely return the next time I’m in Springfield.

The restaurant was immaculate, and I felt warmly welcomed from the moment I stepped inside. The service was excellent, and the pizza was fantastic! I prefer mine well-done, and it arrived just right! Amidst a multitude of pizza places, PaPPo’s offers a distinct atmosphere and exceptional pies.
This is an excellent place for a family outing. They serve delicious pizza with both thin and thick crust options, ideal for sharing, all at reasonable prices for a fun family experience. We received outstanding service during our visit. I highly recommend it! We had a wonderful time.
Great pizza place with a great vibe. Awesome selection of craft beers and a menu that has quite a bit more than just pizza. It's a go to local pizza place downtown for sure!
The food was good and the service was excellent, although it is a bit pricey. I tried the cookies, and they are definitely the best in Springfield!

I've visited the Osage Beach location several times, and it's fantastic. Today was my second visit to the Springfield location.
Love the pizza from PaPPo 's. Our family ate both pizzas in no time at all. Had the kitchen sink and Hawaiian .
