We had dinner reservations for 4. When we reached there, the hostess said she had checked us in and would send us a text message when the table was ready. We waited and waited for the text, my husband then went back to them, and the hostess said, oh yeah, we tried to send a text message, but it did not go through . When we ordered our meal, my daughter had a salad and when she started eating, she found a strand of hair in her salad. It took us ten minutes to get the servers attention. She then took the salad back with no apologies. The salad that she replaced it with was full of greens and was not as good as the first one. My vegetarian burger was very dry. Our server was great, super attentive while made good appetizer recommendation. Trio Dip was fantastic Mexican burger was good, although a bit over boiled. Fish Tacos were disappointing, but I had high expectations. Fish was well cooked not faty, but very little spicy. Tacos did not come together, which was good, but also lime cream, corn and hover were hardly spiced. The costs were high, but at Disney Springs something was expected. Beautiful view over the lake.
We were in line for people who actually made reservations on site when we actually made our reservation in advance. The host Alejandra was rude. When I told her that the other hostage sent us in, that someone would get us, not answered, rolled her eyes on me, turned to the other side, completely ignored what I just told her. Do not choose too much from the menu.
Waiter came to see us times. Supposedly Hispanic food but they had one taco option which had fish, slaw and not much more. The rest was very American. Cocktails were poorly constructed. Food we ordered was mediocre at best and WAY over priced. The only good thing was that manager came around the table without even being requested just to check on us

We had reservations but were sent to the back of an hour line regardless. With kids we rely on reservations to get in and out of restaurants quickly and without meltdowns for our own sanity and the experience of others. Someone should tell the management how reservations work. We left
Food is way overpriced for the poor flavor and quality. Menu shows items that were discontinued 2 years ago. Women’s bathroom was filthy. And front of house service was very poor. Definitely will not be back
Adequate. Very touristy. High prices. Rushed service. Loud. But we didn’t expect otherwise! Highlight: Best cocktail I’ve ever had: Old Fashioned
Not crowded. Great Sangria. Undergoing renovations but where we sat was quite. Bright. Staff very gracious. Pleasant and helpful
