paris weinbar is an institution in hove it is a great place to meet with friends and perform some lively talks. the tapas are great and the price is very reasonable. the personal is friendly and the atmosphere is happy. the new expansion outside is fab.
The restaurant is fine, have dined there before. Waiting staff not overly attentive, no coffee after 6pm as machine had been cleaned plus no olives without garlic ummmm!
it was disappointing that they could not reserve a particular table in advance and were assigned to the arrival. but others came and knew which table they had reserved?
Sometimes it is not possible to enjoy a venue if another group of people want to be sure that everyone can hear and see them. we enjoyed eating and ambiente.
