Park Street used to be fun and more inspired. The menu was good, and leaned heavily on Mexican, which was excellent. This was my second trip to their new location and it's become moribund and pricey. The menu is a little thinner and is more focused on fish, but my big issue is that it feels forced. The food is uninspired and plain, although the menu has all the adjectives and edge of a reality-tv cooking show. I had fried scallops but they were much more basic than the menu had led me to expect. They weren't bad, but they weren't special, either. The firecracker shrimp were good, and the fries were very good. They offer a great location and decent food, but the Park Street Grille has lost th...

The music during lunch hours was highly inappropriate and extremely loud. There was a woman at the bar that probably should have been called a taxi to go home because she was so drunk she was falling off the stool. I did not find this a place to go for lunch it seemed more like a bar or nightclub. I don't even know. Even writing this review I'm still just kind of blown away because I took this as a family place to go for lunch but with inappropriate music blasting throughout the restaurant and drunk people. I will say the waitress was nice.
My friend and I used to be regulars at this restaurant, but after our visit last week, we've decided not to go back. The quality has declined since they moved to their new location. We both ordered the BBQ pulled pork and were left quite disappointed. There's really not much to praise about it. We also had coffee, and I always like mine with honey. Unfortunately, I have to ask for a spoon each time because honey can't be effectively mixed with a coffee stirrer. The last time I asked for a spoon, they brought me a soup spoon.
I had lunch at this restaurant with my 20-month-old son, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and thoughtful towards him. The food was fantastic—I had tacos, and we shared a burrito, both of which were outstanding. It's often a challenge to find a spot in this part of Maine that serves high-quality food at a reasonable price, but Park Street Grille hit the mark perfectly. The service was excellent as well. Should be 5 stars for a bar and grille, but they are inflexible with offering healthy options. For example, don't want fries with the burger, nope they can't do that. To me, that means the customer doesn't matter. Their menu matters to them. BUT the salsa is great! Food is good bar food. We came twice. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
Our experience here was quite nice. The food and drink were excellent and the service was very good. When looking for the restaurant you may not immediately identify it since it shares the same building as the Maine Lighthouse Museum (looking at the front of the building, the restaurant is at the left end). Very much recommended.
A wonderful family owned cafe right next to the lighthouse museum. An eclectic menu with a lot of choices- from seafood to Mexican and traditional pub food. Everyone was able to find something they liked and we were all happy. Service was great and we were glad to be giving our business to this local owned business.
We had such a great time here! The lobster wontons and crab cakes were amazing! And the drinks so we'll made and reasonably priced! The staff was very friendly and attentive. And we even got to watch a football game! We definitely recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Book a table now
Some of the BEST margaritas I have ever had hands down. It was so fun to have such seafood heavy Mexican style food, a huge change from the normal. I can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the marg flavors. Views also aren’t bad
