I had a fantastic Roman veggie breakfast and will definitely be going back. The service was great as well. That was my experience eight months ago. However, I've returned several times since then, and the food has consistently rated about 8.5/10. Unfortunately, we've had the same server, Phyllis, on multiple occasions, and her service has been rather disappointing. She comes off as a bit careless and often forgets things, plus she doesn't acknowledge the generous tips we leave. I think it might be best for her to take a break.
Terrible customer service! I ordered two breakfast meals, both of which came with hash browns. When my son went in to ask for more ketchup packets because they only provided enough for one meal, the cook told the waitress not to give us any more since we had already received some. This is completely unacceptable and disappointing. As a paying customer, I need condiments to enjoy my meal. This was my first and LAST visit to this restaurant.
This restaurant offers the best coney in the area and has never gotten an order wrong. They consistently accommodate every preference and special request. The Quart of Soup to Go and the Grilled Chicken Salad are both outstanding choices, served with warm pita and ranch dressing. Prices are more affordable than at most places, and the food quality is exceptional, rated 11/10. The staff is friendly and attentive as well.
I discovered a considerable amount of hair in my food not long ago, and when I alerted the owner about it, they insisted that I still needed to pay for the meal we had consumed. Having to pay for food that contains hair? Unbelievable! I would give this place zero stars.

If you're a fan of biscuits and gravy, this restaurant might not be the best choice for you. The prices are also quite steep. I suggest steering clear if you're not specifically in search of breakfast items.
I ordered a grilled chicken salad, but the lettuce was wilted, brown, and tasted awful. The chicken tenders I got for my toddler were overcooked and as hard as a rock. I cannot recommend this restaurant.
Fantastic service and outstanding food! I tried the country omelet with gravy, and it can be hard to find good gravy, but they absolutely got it right here.
