Ruby Tuesday is our go-to while traveling. This site is conveniently located just off I-26 and Hwy 601. Easy on and off. The place was hopping today with quite a few larger groups even at 1:30-2pm. The waitstaff were thinly stretched but pleasant and accommodating. Our server, Pam, did a terrific job of juggling her section despite being rushed. Food came out pretty quickly and piping hot. Hubby had the blackened tilapia and salad bar while I enjoyed a plate of veggies-absolutely love the preparation of their zucchini. Salad bar is always a hit with lots of fresh ingredients. Avoid at all cost!!! Husband ordered pot roast, they were out, and I ordered chicken Caesar salad. My $14.99 salad had 3 strips of cold chicken, about a cup of iceberg lettuce and 5 croutons. They advised that they didn't have parmesan, would mozzarella be ok? No top shelf vodka and the soda was flat in my husband's drink. Bathroom stall door latch was broken off, no water in the sink and a pile of paper towels on the counter because the dispenser didn't work. I spoke to the manager, who couldn't have cared less. She said they were going through a management transition. More like a fire sale. AVOID THIS SCANKY JOIN!!!!
My friend and I had lunch today, December 31, 2023, and it was fantastic! The service was excellent. Our server, Krissi, was prompt and answered all of our questions about the menu items. Our drinks were always full without us having to ask! I had a hard time deciding what to order, but Krissi recommended the bourbon salmon, and it was delicious! I will definitely return and will be sure to request her as our server again!
I ordered my meal through DoorDash from this restaurant today, and the food had a terrible smell that made everyone in the house wonder what was going on. The pasta was undercooked, and the shrimp wasn't prepared properly either. I can't believe it took over 40 minutes to receive something that wasn't even cooked correctly. I will definitely not be ordering from them again.

Kristen was our server, and she provided outstanding service! Our food was fresh and was served quickly. The drinks were delicious and gave us the delightful buzz we were hoping for. Kristen also checked on us regularly during our meal, which added to our enjoyable experience!
The garden salad was served without dressing. The pasta was undercooked. The shrimp had a spicy flavor, which we hadn’t requested. Overall, the food was excessively priced.
