I came in days prior to needing an order done for my church group I was hosting at the church and came and spent 20 minutes talking to the employee about our order. No one ever called to follow up, so calling hours before they told us the order was never placed. I didn?t lose my mind but asked that a manager call me and make something right. After attempts to try to speak with anyone, I have never been called back in anyway, when I would have happily worked with them. Still have had no one after multiple contacts getting anyone to call back or even speak about the situation. I?m very glad they did not take my money up front.
The food is way overpriced and it's not good I got my kid a pizza and it was mushy like it was microwaved and she didn't even eat it. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo and it was nasty it tasted like the sauce came out of a jar off the Walmart Shelf it had very little flavor it wasn't good very very disappointed would not recommend this place too anyone definitely not going back. Took a couple bites of my alfredo and didnt finish the rest. Should have spent my money elsewhere.
My wife isn't particularly fond of this location; in fact, I think they do a pretty good job compared to Fazoli's, but Fazoli's just happens to be my wife's favorite. Recently, I was a DoorDash driver picking up an order, and I noticed that the restaurant is clean and seems well organized. The service can be a bit slow at times, but overall, it's an average place.
The chicken added to the alfredo was cold, rubbery, gray in color and tasted like some sort of insecticide was sprayed around it, the alfredo sauce was thin and looked and tasted like they just put milk over pasta and couldn't be bothered with making the actual alfredo sauce. It was subpar and unedible at best. Would not recommend this place.

Ed and his team consistently provide excellent service. The food is fantastic, with the salad being my absolute favorite. I'm not quite sure what they put in the dressing, but it's incredibly addictive. The toasted ravioli are a great addition to any meal. If you're looking for an office lunch or catering, this is a place everyone will enjoy.
This is a fantastic restaurant! I can confidently give it a 5-star rating across the board. The food was delicious, the service was exceptional, and the place was immaculately clean. I will definitely return! You all did an amazing job! It's clear that the management and ownership are top-notch!
The meatballs were delicious and paired well with a flavorful marinara sauce. However, the Alfredo sauce tasted like it came from a can. The staff was slow, but it seems they might be short-staffed like many places these days. We visit this restaurant frequently.
The food here is truly outstanding and very reasonably priced. It's always served piping hot, even with delivery, and the consistent quality is fantastic. I highly recommend this place!

The food wasnt as great as i expected not only that it was quite a wait and pretty expensive considering it was pretty bland and not the best sauce.
The pasta at this fast food spot is quite good. The atmosphere is spacious, and the staff greeted us warmly and were very friendly.
