A pizza dispenser, in the middle of nowhere, adjoining this little restaurant café that doesn't pay for mine. This is the place where we wanted to test pizza, a first for me that is intransigent on the pizza I want to eat! The reception is nice, very pleasant and the staff who listen to our requests. An eye thrown into the kitchen makes me discover the pizza flour, the 00 flour used for a pizza dough worthy of this name. It's done at home. I think it's starting well, really pizza.
