We literally planned our trip and hotel based on proximity to this cafe and we were so not disappointed! We walked over to get coffee and pastries every morning. They were fresh, flaky and delicious! I probably gained 5 pounds but it was worth every calorie! We will definitely be back! Thank you for helping make our trip to Evanston so delicious!
I bought my galette des rois (roy cake) for my students and employees at the roycemore school. they loved it! each came with a crown (the traditional French krone) and a figurine in the inner, so everyone could enjoy the full experience of French tradition. also the owner is french that made the experience even more authentic! merci!
visited patisserie coralie with a lifelong friend. to order our coffee and croissants, sat in the beautiful chairs in the window was refreshing. the personal is excellent and welcoming, something I could imagine in paris, but here in the inner city of evanston. it didn't feel rushed. a few times, and, will not be my last.
ice cold latte and chocolate mandel croissant. best art to start your day! so glad I found this place!
