I ordered a birthday cake from Patisserie Johanna, and although the hotel where it was delivered, initially misplaced it, it was later found. In the meantime, Patisserie Johanna immediately offered to bake a replacement so my daughter wouldn’t be disappointed on her birthday. The following day, my daughter and her friends visited the patisserie for coffee and cake, and the team went above and beyond to make her feel special. Exceptional service and genuine care — highly recommended!

Setting aside the decor, which is very much a matter of personal taste, though I found it to be very well-maintained and spotlessly clean, the quality of the pastries certainly lives up to its reputation. It’s true, the prices are high, but every pastry we tried was perfectly flaky and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended
