Amazing food and service. Came here midday on a Tuesday with a group of 8 people after a tough morning. Lauren was super attentive, and made sure we were all taken care of. The manager/supervisor checked in with us halfway through our lunch and thensent us a round of drinks on the house. WOW. Very rare that you find that level service elsewhere these days. We did our Son’sbaptism at their Melville location back in July and were treated with the same level of service. Patrizia’s will always be ourgo to whenever we see a location nearby.
Delicious food! Great atmosphere! We had my sons 1st Birthday here and I couldn’t have asked for a better event. Private party room was really nice. Had a big TV where we played a Montage through the event. Santiago and Dawn were awesome, veryaccommodating and easy to work with. We had so much food and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting on the variety and taste!Keep up the great work! We truly enjoyed ourselves and you made our sons birthday a great and memorable event!!
I just don’t get it. Why make it look like a nice sit down Italian restaurant and then put an obnoxiously loud DJ in the middle. It’s 9pm on a Friday, you are a restaurant on Merrick road in Massapequa- just accept what you are, don’t try to be a nightclub. Food is pretty good, though. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
First off, try to get Claudia as your waitress! She's amazing and caring and was always smiling and friendly. The food was excellent. A nice party- like atmosphere, but not overbearing. It was my dates bday and Claudia took care of all the detailsand orchestrated the singing and towel waving! Real fun time!

Had lunch with friends and family members while visiting from Fl. Food was amazing and service was exceptional. Sorry I forgot the name of our waitress, but she was great. We will definitely be coming back next time we’re in town. ????????
