I ordered naked, mild buffalo wings (bone-in) and mild boneless buffalo wings, two pizzas, and waffle fries. The wings were ok. The quality of the sauce was not great but they were edible. The waffle fries were over cooked and the pizza was NOT DONE. The cheese was melted but the dough was not cooked. It makes me wonder if the dough was frozen instead of fresh...Anyway, I took the pizza and fries back to the restaurant to get what I thought was a refund. Unfortunately, the next day when I checked my bank account, my card was charged a second time for the pizza and fries. I had to pay twice for food that I returned due to it not being cooked properly. I've ordered from Pat's multiple times, and the food has always been fantastic. The service and delivery are incredibly polite as well. The prices are very reasonable, and the food always arrives hot. I enjoyed every bite! I will definitely order again and again. Thank you for the prompt and courteous service!
My daughter introduced me to Pat's lemon chicken a few weeks ago, and it was so delicious that I ended up buying a couple of boxes of the breaded chicken. Normally, I would rate it a High 5, but the batches I received this time were a bit too salty. I'll give it another try and update my rating.
The ribs are a 5 out of 5. The only issue is that they force you to order two sides with it. I would love if I could get them by themselves. There is nothing specific about the sides. I actually love their fries. It's just too much food for me.

Food was good. Originally went to get the bourbon wings, placed my order only for them not to have the flavor available. Had my mouth set, but other than that everything was delicious!
Their pizza is great, we moved from Rosedale to Essex but I still drive 702 to 695 to get our pizza from Pats. Nice specials too, nice lady at the counter .
The best pizza s and by far incredible Italian Cold cut..so big it can feed two people..I'm a patron of the Rosedale location....I got it good ? jealous
The food was cold, the spinach pie pastry was tough, the onion rings were subpar, and we didn't receive our complete order.
