I called to send an email with a video of a cake that my son wants for his birthday. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and demanded me to fill out a form that asks 100 questions that I don’t know how to answer. I reiterated that I wanted to send this link to their email address and she refused to provide the address for me. This was on Tuesday morning August 6th. I don’t think you should have people treating possible customers like this.
I am obsessed with Patty's Cakes! This was my third order and unfortunately my second box got messed up by a careless driver. Note to self: always keep the box upright! Despite the mishap, my replacement box was filled with Blueberry Bliss, Snickerdoodle, Banana Choc Monkey, and Red Velvet cupcakes - all of which were super delicious. I have a weakness for cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and Patty's Cakes hit the spot. Yum!

We booked with Patty's Cakes for our Fullerton wedding and loved the experience. The tasting appointment was fun and easy with lots of options to try. The cake was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Our guests loved the cake, we had so many of our friends stop to tell us how much they enjoyed the cake. We would absolutely order a cake from them in the future!
We had a cake ordered through our wedding venue with Patty's cakes. The cake was delicious and it looked so beautiful. The only complaint we had is that the cake was delivered late so the decorator was not able to put the flowers on it.
