I’ve been to the Pavilion a couple of times and the atmosphere is nice. It has great ocean views, and we were lucky enough to see some whales swimming by and breaching. Parking, because of its location, was difficult. Unfortunately, the first time I went, the man I think is the manager, was watching us intently when he noticed my grandchildren and the note on the back of the menu cautioned customers to ensure their children behaved, which is not always possible. My grandchildren sat there quietly and did not misbehave but he didn’t smile at them at all. He then came out and said in an abrupt manner that they were closing soon and if we wanted coffee, to order it straight away and to pay the...
