I want to start with the fact that I do not write reviews, however Pazani caught me by surprise. My wife and I were looking for an Italian restaurant, something close to an authentic Italian feel, so we decided to try Pazani. She ordered the Fettucini Mediterraneo, while I ordered a simple two slice pepperoni pizza and Rigatoni Al Proscuitto because I’m a big fan of Prosciutto. I want to say that both pasta’s are well done, and truly hit home for me. In fact it was as delicious as my nonna’s (grandma), home cooked pasta, as she was born and raised in Italy for 40+ years. I would recommend the pasta here, and I will continue to come here and try other menu choices. Thanks Pazani!
Our pizza was packed with toppings and prepared just the way we wanted. We added a Bianca pizza with bacon and grilled chicken (split in half). We ordered a medium, and it turned out to be huge! The garlic knots were a bit undercooked, but we couldn't finish all of them anyway, so it wasn't a big deal. Next time, I would send them back. The young man at the counter was extremely patient and friendly.
A vegetarian woman thoroughly enjoyed her eggplant parmesan served over angel hair pasta. The eggplant was peeled and sliced very thin. I ended up finishing the leftovers, as it was a bit too oily for her taste. I also included a picture of her little make-your-own pizza bar. Check out the garlic knots soaked in garlic, salt, and oil—definitely something we’ll order next time!
Amazing catering job for 95 people. It was a hit. Plenty of food! Everyone loved the baked ziti, meatballs, chicken parm and the tortellini rose. Lots of bread for everyone. Pazani is the way to catering or even food. My family and I love going there and will continue to support this business. Delicious! Thanks Stan!
