I havent been to Pazzo in awhile and i definitely don’t remember the food being this bad. There were 5 of us. We had 3 appetizers thats were OK other than the clams oreganata that were fishy. Entrees came out and we had to send 2 back. The $42 lamb chop special was a joke. Tasteless and I’ve never ever seen lamb chops so small. The spicy rigatoni portion was tiny. The rest of our entrees were just fair but we didn’t complain. My son ordered a steak to replace the lamb chops and it took forever to come out, he ate after we were all finished. I have previously enjoyed Happy Hour in the bar area at a high top table Once this occasion I reserved thru Open Table a high top in bar area and upon being seated our server had to check with the bartender and the owner that we could not get Happy Hour drinks or food at our table and we had to sit at the bar This info should be stated on Open Table and posted at the restaurant Also please note that on a Friday at 5 pm the entire bar area was not crowded and remained that way for the next few hours
This could be a gem of a place but the night we dined, they were short on waitstaff , the food took a long time to get to our table and then seemed overdone. Unfortunately, it was too cold, otherwise, this looks like the perfect place for sitting outside on the patio with a view of the river, open air and energetic city vibes.
Server was great. Food was ok. Food delivery (for 4 patrons) took over an hour. We only ordered a pizza, a salad and 2 pasta dishes, My spouse asked to speak with the manager 3 times. Manager was HORRIBLE. We have been going there for over a decade but sadly we might not be back.

We went to Pazzo to celebrate my mom's 85th birthday. Our server Eli, was awesome. He was efficient and caring in his service to us. We loved the food- a few standouts were the eggplant appetizer and the risotto!
Food was not hot, luke warm at best. Server couldn't answer simple questions about the menu or the fireworks cruise after dinner. Very disappointed with the whole meal. Fireworks we're awesome!
The food at Pazzo is consistently excellent. Our sever Carla was a delight. The Monday night half price pasta and pizza promotion is a great deal.
The restaurant did not honor our gift card. They also did not call my husband back when he wanted to speak to a manager.

Everything is just average at Pazzo. The food, and the service could be better but it’s not bad.
I ordered the halibut with escarole and beans, the sauce was not good at all.
