Location is fantastic, but… This is supposedly a 5-star hotel, yet I have a long list of issues that make it feel more like an overpriced Super 8. The internet is so slow that the TV freezes and buffers every few seconds. The trim on our sliding door lock is broken and hanging loose, the wall outlet by the bed doesn’t work, and the shower has such erratic water pressure that it almost turns off and on. The messaging service is completely unresponsive (I still have unread texts), and they fail to honor AMEX travel perks, even though we were directed to this by their own front desk. Pool servers take orders using handwritten notes instead of utilizing iPads or other technology like comparable...
Wow. I cannot rave enough about this hotel, their staff, their entire philosophy. Not only did they make our stay incredibly comfortable and luxurious, from the moment we arrived we felt so cared for and like we were being treated to a special experience. Our son hurt himself (minor nose bump on the slide) on our last day and they went above and beyond to check on us, take care of us and even left a hand written note for him with a special gift in our room. I am floored by the hospitality and kindness at four seasons Orlando and cannot wait to return.
One of the highlights of this property is the pool area, which may very well be the best among all Four Seasons locations. There are several options to choose from, including a Lazy River, a Family Pool, a thrilling Drop slide, a fun Splash Zone, and a relaxing Adults Pool. Additionally, as a Four Seasons Resort, they offer a kids club, which is open from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing parents some time to themselves.
Everything you could hope for from a stay at the Four Seasons. The hotel is stunning, and the staff is exceptional. The grounds are breathtaking, featuring beautiful pools, a lazy river, and wonderful outdoor activities. The restaurants are excellent, and the rooms are truly spectacular. I highly recommend it—10 out of 10! As for nearby activities, you have easy access to Epcot via shuttle or Uber.

The king-size bed felt smaller than it should have. The food was quite inconsistent; I'm pretty sure the pepperoni pizza I had one night was just DiGiorno. The breakfast buffet offered runny eggs and syrup that tasted like weird fruit loops, which left me feeling unwell afterward.
Overall, I don’t think it was worth the price, and I won't be returning.
It was our best wedding anniversary celebration in 14 years together. The entire Team Ravello, reception, waiters, kitchen are to be congratulated with the quality in everything and such a sweet service with my husband and me. We were so happy and dessert was amazing. Thank you for everything and every food was delicious
The resort is nice overall. Some basic items are quite overpriced, but everything else is good. The breakfast meet and greet was wonderful for both our little one and us. We might come back. Rooms: 4/5.
