This was my first time at pdq and i wasn't disappointed. The place was pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon, but i decided to go in and check it out. I ended up getting the jacked spicy chicken sandwich meal. It came with a good amount of waffle fries and a drink cup. They had two of those coke freestyle machines which was nice but one was missing a lot of sodas which was a little annoying. Food was solid though. I definitely would have ordered their tots over their waffle fries. They were much better in my opinion and I'm a big waffle fry dan. We stopped here after a day at the beach and we’re overall very happy with our experience. The food was good and the manager(I believe) was walking around making sure everyone’s food was good and helping people with their orders. The main reason for writing this review is for the way this gentleman reacted when an older women tripped and fell outside the restaurant. After helping her up and inside he brought her water and sat with her, talked over the menu with her and brought her food. He was so kind and compassionate and it is great to see someone care so much about their customers!
I really enjoyed the Farmingdale location of this restaurant. My friends and I used to go there twice a week, but recently had a terrible experience with an employee. It took multiple attempts to get a response, but eventually the Operations Director reached out to me. They investigated the situation and offered some coupons to welcome me back, but when I expressed that I was uncomfortable returning, they did not follow through. The food is delicious, but be cautious as I was verbally harassed by someone claiming to be a manager. Be cautious, as you could be their next target.
I went to this restaurant last week. I ordered the spicy chicken without a bun, and my son ordered the Spicy Chicken Deluxe. Although his sandwich was missing condiments, they not only fixed the mistake but also gave us a free cookie to make up for it. My sandwich without a bun was prepared like a lettuce wrap, and I was very happy with both the sandwich and the service.

While my and my son's sandwiches were fine, the chicken in my wife's sandwich was chewy and fatty all the way through as were her nuggets. The lemonade is very sweet for our taste. Shakes were good but overly thick. Tots were very well done which we don't mind. Way better shakes at Five Guys and way better chicken at Chick-Fil-A.
Amazing quality for such a reasonable price. The salad was top notch with grilled chicken and a mix of spring mix, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and cheese. Kids meal was a perfect size with grilled tenders, tots and a drink. Bonus points for the hand washing station after the checkout!
Chicken tastes very fresh and real. Flavor is good and I liked the PDQ sauce it had a little kick to it. I do prefer the sauce at Chick Fil A and their nuggets better though.
First time trying PDQ im kinda disappointed 3 little pickles 1 big tomato do better. But everything else was good! Probably will get again

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and the chicken tenders were incredibly delicious and moist. I can't wait to return again.
