We visited this restaurant for lunch right after arriving in Illinois, and I have to say, downtown O’Fallon is quite charming! Peel is situated in a fantastic location, which is definitely a plus. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite live up to our expectations. On a positive note, the pretzel rolls were fantastic—warm and well-seasoned, and the sauces they came with were delicious. However, this wasn't enough to redeem the disappointing pizza. The crust was soggy and struggled to support the cheese and toppings. I actually had to use a fork to eat my slices!
