This Peet's Coffee location does not meet the same high quality standards as other Peet's Coffee locations in the Bay Area. It appears that the baristas here have not been properly trained in crafting lattes or cappuccinos, as they simply heat the milk and pour in the espresso without much precision. While some may still enjoy the coffee here, I personally expected more from a brand that originally introduced me to a higher standard of coffee than Starbucks. Unfortunately, this particular location feels more like a generic coffee chain instead of the Peet's Coffee experience I was hoping for.
If you visit early in the morning, you'll be greeted with a smile at this restaurant. The way they drip their coffee and their roasting techniques, coupled with keeping it fresh, make it superior to Starbucks. I enjoy the aromatic scent of coffee that fills the store, and the staff is quite friendly.
The restaurant could use some improvements in cleanliness as it is quite dusty. However, the coffee is excellent and the products are of high quality, albeit a bit on the expensive side, but that seems to be the trend these days.
Everything on the menu is delicious, especially the Caramel Frappé which is absolutely amazing. The Pumpkin Bread is soft and warm, while the Bacon Cheddar Brioche is a delightful treat with perfectly cooked eggs and bacon. Book a table now
I finally got my drink exactly how I wanted it - light ice and filled to the top! The sandwich was delicious and perfectly made as well. I am so pleased, thank you Peet's!
I enjoyed my caramel macchiato while the elderly grandma I am taking care of loved her white chocolate mocha, describing it as sweet and delicious.
I have been going to Peet's for my coffee fix since 1985, and I have to say it just keeps getting better. Forever a fan of Peet's!
