I was disappointed by the amount of litter and dirty tables during my visit. There seemed to be plenty of staff available on Sunday, November 26th, around noon, yet the place was still quite untidy. I also mentioned to them that one of the restrooms was out of toilet paper and paper seat covers, but they simply told me to use the other bathroom, which wasn’t the response I expected. I believe staff training could improve the overall experience. Despite this, we will continue to visit, as it’s a convenient stop for us on our drive home.
On Saturday at 11 am, I decided to treat myself to a coffee. While Peet's is usually delicious, my experience this time was disappointing and definitely not worth the wait. I spent 35 minutes in the drive-thru only to be told they had sold me something that was out of stock. I won't be going back. Additionally, whoever designed that drive-thru clearly didn't think things through; it's a total trap! I think I'll just grab a bag of coffee and enjoy it at home. Nice try, but no thanks.
The interior design of this Peet's is beautiful and welcoming. I loved sitting down and working on some emails. It does get pretty busy though. Sunny mornings are beautiful here.Regarding the Drive Thru: I have not had a positive experience at this Peet's drive thru. The wait seems to be incredibly long regardless of whether the line is long or short.
The restaurant appears to be navigating some challenges. I've used the drive-thru multiple times, and although it has been somewhat slow on a few occasions, they did make an error with my order once. However, the staff has consistently been friendly and prompt in addressing any mistakes. I intend to revise my initial rating after a few more visits.

Always great service at this location. Heather, Chase, and Rachel are always cheerful and helpful. And I love the Holiday Spice latte--nice that it's inclusive of Thanksgiving!
The staff is fantastic, and the drive-thru experience is pleasant. The lobby and outdoor seating areas are also lovely! The Habana Cappuccino is delicious.
Peets has managed to dodge the GenZ death spiral of silent brainless kids, this peets is on the edeg. Could go either way. Coffee generaly good.
