The staff was neither polite nor friendly. My husband and I were shocked when our bill for two meals, one appetizer, and two drinks came to $40. To make matters worse, all the drinks from the soda fountain were flat and lacked carbonation. When we requested a refund for the drinks, they processed it without any apology or indication that they would address the issue. Food is served on disposable plates, and the sauces seem to come from packets. The crab wontons tasted more like tuna. They were out of several menu items. We had the pleasure of having lunch today while Maeesha was on duty, and she is truly an outstanding server! She exceeded her job responsibilities and displayed impressive awareness of the entire restaurant. Not only did she serve food and clear tables, but she also noticed the long line at the take-out counter and stepped in to help cut down on wait times. Upon returning to the dining area, she skillfully balanced cleaning tables while keeping an eye on the condiments, refilling soy sauce bottles without overlooking any of her other tasks. This restaurant isn't worth the wait or the cost. I waited over 30 minutes just for the appetizers, only to discover they were out of soy sauce. How does that happen at a restaurant of this caliber? After 45 minutes, only 2 out of the 4 main courses were ready. I asked for a refund, and the manager was very courteous about it. We did receive the two completed entrees; one was decent, but the chicken dish was overcooked. For $80, I’ll definitely be choosing a different place next time.

The service was incredibly friendly, even though we arrived just an hour before closing time. Despite the fact that most of the staff, excluding the manager, were new, I was understanding of the time it took for things to be done. The team was welcoming and regularly updated us about our meals, which were excellent. Kudos to them for keeping such a positive attitude late in the day! I especially appreciated the kindness they showed towards my 3-year-old nephew!
My grandson and I absolutely adore the honey seared chicken with noodles. Our second favorite dish is the orange chicken. The food is amazing, the location is excellent, and the service is outstanding. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant!
I have consistently enjoyed my visits to Pei Wei. The food is always expertly prepared and delicious. I highly recommend it to others. The only improvement I can suggest is a larger space, as it tends to get quite busy with customers!
