The exceptional service left a lasting impression on my 11-year-old son, who felt motivated to approach the staff and express our thanks before we left. That really says a lot about this restaurant, in my opinion. It’s definitely worth every penny, and I highly recommend it just for the fantastic quality of the staff.
The only small concern I have is that when I went to pay, there wasn’t an option to leave a tip, which made me feel a bit guilty since I didn’t have any cash on me. But that's really my issue, not theirs. I apologize sincerely to the staff for not being able to tip them on Friday night! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
I have no idea when this restaurant last received a review over 4 stars. This was the most unappetizing meal I've ever had, completely ruining my lunch. I managed to eat just two green beans, and that container was barely one-third full. The dish on the left is called New Spicy Drunken Noodles, which includes steamed white meat chicken, rice noodles, red bell peppers, onions, scallions, garlic, and chili paste, all tossed in a savory sweet and spicy sauce with fresh basil. But looking at that photo, is there anything fresh about it? Fool me once, shame on you; I won't be fooled again.
The dishes at this restaurant are made to order rather than mass-produced like at other places, which leads to fresh and flavorful meals. Because of this, expect a slightly longer wait than you would at a typical fast-food Asian restaurant. It appears they have addressed their staffing challenges, as the environment was clean, and both the ordering and food preparation were efficient. (Just a note: you might want to pass on the Thai donuts.)
The food here is similar to what you'd find at a major chain like Panda Express. The staff is efficient and delivers your order promptly. Although the portion sizes might be a bit underwhelming, the quality matches that of local Chinese restaurants. It's definitely worth a visit if you're interested in a unique twist on American-Chinese cuisine.

Pei Wei Asian Kitchen is an outstanding restaurant! Our server, Felishia, was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed. She brought such positive energy that made our experience truly enjoyable. The menu offered a great variety that perfectly complemented the service.
The staff at the register were very friendly. However, I found the prices to be a bit steep. I asked for my pad Thai to be very spicy, but instead, I just received packets of sambal olek. The flavor wasn't quite what I had anticipated.
I always pick Pei Wei Asian Kitchen for lunch. The menu offers fantastic dishes, and the staff is outstanding. I highly recommend stopping by—especially don’t miss the Korean barbecue steak!
Quick service with good food. Tables and drink area were clean and staff was friendly. If you like spicy food their spicy dishes are a bit mild by default.
