"I thought a nice fulfilling meal was coming my way very disappointed. The portion was not worth the price. Just a note I ordered a full dish of orange chicken and rice and realized my orange chicken portions were small...hints the second portion $10+. No thank you"

I recently dined at the Pei Wei location at Dulles Crossing and was assisted by a wonderful employee named Vanessa. She was extremely helpful and welcoming, and definitely made my visit enjoyable. I ordered the Firecracker Tofu and Dan Dan Noodles. While I enjoyed the Dan Dan Noodles, I wasn't a fan of the sauce that came with it. Luckily, I was able to request the sauce on the side for both dishes, which suited my preference perfectly. Vanessa was very attentive and provided helpful suggestions regarding the Dan Dan Noodle sauce. I personally found that I preferred the Firecracker sauce with both dishes, but the staff offered to tweak the Dan Dan sauce with less cornstarch if I wanted. Howe...

I really used to like going to Pei Wei for their one of a kind Tofu. They used to have tofu in thin stripped version which was juicy and well spiced. In past year or two the tofu dishes have changed to chunky non marinated tofu which does not give the same taste. I tried their Thai curry tofu which had a hint of Thai curry however the tofu did not do justice. The tofu was covered with some batter but wasn't crispy and bland taste. The pei vegetable and tofu fried rice was spot on but again the tofu chunk disappointed a bit. I wish they get back the old version of stripped long tofu in their dishes.

I recently visited this restaurant on a Monday afternoon and tried their freshly made Kung Pao chicken with brown rice, and it was amazing! The seasoning was perfect, the texture was just right, and the addition of fresh carrots and peas really enhanced the dish. The servers were very friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a great dining experience. I highly recommend giving it a try.

First Visit: I ordered the General Tso's chicken and enjoyed the great flavors and texture. I will definitely come back to try more dishes. Second Visit: I tried the Dynamite tofu, which was delicious. However, the drunken noodles lacked flavor. The service was good both times.
