six of us went to dinner last Saturday night and I have to say that eating is sensational! the service was great when the owner has the feeling to feel most welcome to us, although we were the last to leave. both Malaysian and traditional Chinese cuisine are on the menu. it is a shop style atmosphere, but this is part of the charm and really, who cares? go there for the quality and taste of the food! I'm sure I'm going to go back there to eat again.
Actually surprised that our experience was not as good as some others. What was good from our order is the hokkien mee with the black sauce but as for the chicken rice, that was poorly tasted. Chicken was tough and rice not fragrant as how a chicken rice rice would normally be. The lobak was not authentic penang style and my mum had diarrhoea from the food as well. Not sure if we will go back to try again

there is a reason why she famous for her laksa in epping, it is delicious. also all their deep fried items are delicious, my personal favorite is the lobak.
really good laksa and their fried dishes also have many wok hei a really smokey aroma, which is unique to wok fried dishes. recommend they try to fried.
