During last weekend's visit to Orange County, we cut short our shenanigans at Disneyland on Friday because of the steady rain that made us cold and wet. Although I was willing to stay longer to make the most of our drive, my fam outvoted me and we decided to check into our hotel, freshen up, and then go out for dinner at a local restaurant. Since we were all comfy and cozy, we all decided to get takeout to bring back to the hotel. We decided to come try this place out after the good reviews it received here and the rating. We ordered a sesame seed boba and the taro milk yea. The milk tea were aggressively 'meh ' in their flavors and it 's sweetness it 's not really adjustable for milk teas (we could either get full or half sweetness on milk teas? Most boba shops I 've been to allow heavy customization to their sweet levels and flavors) I also noticed that the McIntyre location had an odd smell, almsot like cat litter.The environment is very adorable, there is plenty of seating, and I can see it as a cool hang out spot. Overall, ill stick to my usuals.
I LOVE PENGO (my first boba in cali)!! The milk tea was just right the service I got here was great. The person who took my order was very sweet. I love that they have mini boba here they portioned it perfectly. The plastic cups are also quite thick; you could reuse them at home.I also really appreciate that you can bring back their reusable glass for a discount. I didn’t do that, but I saw a sign for it. Love it when companies have these green initiatives!If I could pick one thing to change, it would probably be the ice though. They’re smaller so near the bottom after they’d melt a bit, I’d get ice pieces in my straw.
BEST BOBA EVER! This is literally the best boba place ever. They have great smoothies, milkshakes, teas, and other drinks. The avocado smoothie is especially good if you like avocado. All the people who work here are very nice. Good pricing too, about $5-6-7 depending on which drink and if you have boba. Easy to order in store or online to save time. Overall a great place to get boba. Highly recommend.

Such a homey vibe here. Was my friends go to place especially in 2020. Strawberry cloud slush with boba is best thing ever. Has board games and paper and wifi. Such a great place.
