I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant today. Since I wasn’t familiar with the menu, I hoped the staff would help me with ordering, but I received no assistance. As a result, my food arrived looking quite plain and nothing like the pictures I had seen. They also messed up my order, and when I pointed out the missing items, they argued with me, insisting that if I was claiming something was missing, I should have paid for it already. At least the cookies were good, but overall, I won’t be returning. The high prices definitely don’t match the quality of service I experienced.
I had a terrible experience with my sub! I paid extra for additional meat and cheese, but they didn't add any, and the overall presentation looked like dog food. I definitely do not recommend ordering online, especially if you're in a rush or heading to work!
