We used to love Penn Station;however, over the last couple of years the quality of service has gone down while the prices have just continued to raise...despite the sandwiches getting smaller! We have shown up three times during posted open hours only to find the store closed. Do better!
Place was packed. Food was delicious! Classic Italian and fries are the best! Service was top notch! Prices have continued to rise here but they 're rising everywhere else too. Once again this photographer for got to take photos. ?Parking: Newly paved parking lot.
I really love the fresh-cut fries at Penn Station. They always get my sandwich just right, even when I ask to remove certain ingredients, and I truly appreciate that. Great job, Penn Station! And don’t forget to try their cookies—they're delicious!

Place in Jeffersonville did not honor national sandwich day as advertised. Said I needed a coupon, said they'd be backed up. Manager was rude, staff that took order was professional
Stopped at 8pm. Service was great. I was greeted when I walked in. Service was quick. Food was hot. Fries might have cooked a minute more. Overall a very good visit.
