I think it’s shameful for Penn Station to copy and paste the exact same message for every single review! WE THE PEOPLE! Are tired of the POOR customer service at this location! When is someone going to start holding folks accountable?! Maybe we should stop patronizing and eat somewhere else. Would it make the owner feel better if we decided ENOUGH is ENOUGH! The workers here are trash! They are rude, classless and lazy! I’ve reached out to corporate and will most definitely not stop until you fire the entire crew! If they don’t want to serve our community with respect, they can get the hll out!
Sandwich was fine. Employees were horrible. Not-stop loud cursing. Several elderly women came in and employees were still loudly joking back and forth every vulgarity possible right in front of these ladies. Shameful.Kid-friendliness: Constant vulgarities by staff. Adults can tune the employees out, but definitely not a kid-friendly environment.
Workers are extremely rude, one of the most horrible customers service experiences I've ever had. As soon as you walk into the door, the guy had an attitude, and continued with other patrons. If you do not like your job, get another one. Do not be rude to others simply because you're having a bad day. Will never
10 out of 10 don't recommend. They are NEVER open past 8 despite the hours on the door saying 10. I'v was here at 8:21pm and they weren't open do NOT waste your time trying after 8. They clearly don't care that gas is 3.00 a gallon cause you'll drive all the way there for nothing

Let me tell yall something! This place makes THEE best sandwiches, THEE best french fries and the cookies are to die for I think I died a little bit and came right back! The employees there are always friendly and lively and the restaurant is clean. Love it here!
The sandwich was very delicious. I just expected that the meat would cover the roll but both ends had over an inch with no meat. Otherwise this is 5 stars.UPDATE: Submitted info as requested on the Penn Station website
Sandwich was alright but the kitchen area was dirty. Register was covered with dust, food guards looked like they never clean them. The whole place could use a good cleanup. I'd avoid eating here
I ordered a simple Philly cheesesteak sandwich and they put mustard, mayo and pizza sauce which I didn’t order it that way
