The food at this restaurant is average. Nothing special, Americanized “Tex Mex”. The service however, is horrible. We’ve come to this restaurant several times with the restaurant at maybe half capacity, and are asked to wait to be seated. Once we’re seated, we’re ignored for a good 20 minutes before someone finally comes around and asks if we’d like chips, salsa and water. Ultimately, the vibe feels like we’re inconveniencing them. I had a fantastic experience with the Chile Verde Enchiladas and Chile Relleno! Everyone at the table loved their meals, and I was impressed by everything at this restaurant. The food was flavorful and delicious. I also want to give a shoutout to our waitress; I regret not catching her name, but she was one of the best waitresses I've encountered in a long time. Whenever I'm in St. George, I definitely have to stop by here. Great job, Peppers Cantina!
Great flavors in my opinion, I am from L.A.and I would eat there if I lived in St. George. The refried beans were prepared in a similar manner, like the restaurants I would frequent in the San Fernando Valley/Los Angeles area.
The service in the bar area was excellent. However, the food was rather unimpressive—average at best. Due to state regulations, the drinks were also on the weaker side.

The atmosphere is fun and clean. The food arrived promptly and was delicious. We always dine here whenever we're in town.
Excellent service and food. They did seem a little short staffed, but that did not get in the way of a good experience.
Bar tender was friendly, margarita was awesome, chili Verde pollo was the bomb
