I recall visiting this restaurant 20 years ago, and it was exceptional. Both the food and customer service were top-notch. However, as time has gone on, it seems that the customer service has declined, while the food remains quite excellent. On my recent visit to pick up an order, I found myself waiting a long time before anyone showed up at the register. An elderly man had already been waiting for 5-10 minutes by the time I arrived. The food is still fantastic, but just be prepared for a longer wait for service than you might expect.
