3 groups waited with no worker in sight for 3 minutes. Decided to use the restroom. Was filthy. Got out finally got sat down. Waited at least 5 to 10 minutes for someone to even ask me my drink. Waited 5 more minutes and STILL NO COFFE let alone any one taking my order. So I left. Awful visit at perkins.
The food was great and the staff was friendly, but I have to take note that we didn't receive any drink refills during our visit, which was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, this won't deter me from dining here again. My family and I truly enjoy our meals at this restaurant.
Come here once to twice a week and last couple of times we came here we had the worst customer service, not once did the servers check on us or refill drinks and it wasnt even busy either time, its a shame that the one place with good food would have the worst service
It wasn't super busy so we got are food pretty fast. The food was amazing and the waiter was really nice. I would highly recommend this Perkins I have been to quite a few across the country and this one is among my top 5. Book a table now
Love this place! My order always comes the way I ordered it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They don't just leave you sitting at your seat wondering what's going on.
My husband and myself ordered off the 55 menu and we both ordered the one egg with potatoes, bacon and 2 pancakes. It was very filling and good.
Good is always good. Service is always horrendously slow- even pre pandemic staffing troubles.
Went in late at night and got checked out nicely, quickly, and quietly… Awesome, loved it. Book a table now
Perkins used to be very good. Sadly, they are just not good quality anymore.
