I work a lot in the Bronx and while there are bodegas on every street corner (and Kennedy Fried Chicken -how hilarious is that? , the quality of food is always a big question, and when you need to get through a solid work day without issues from meals, then you go with local knowledge. The owner and her husband are both very kind, and the food is absolutely delicious. However, one of the staff members—a male waiter who wears glasses—is extremely rude and arrogant. This behavior is a significant issue for me; I can't justify spending my money in a place where I'm not appreciated as a customer. His attitude is excessive, and unfortunately, he exhibits it mainly when the owner isn't present. It's disappointing to see, especially since many customers have chosen not to return because of it.

Love their breakfast, most of the time they are really quick with deliveries but when there is a wait the food is still warm and fresh when it arrives.
