The food is just average. The man at the counter is very pleasant, but the woman who usually works at the register can switch from unfriendly to outright rude. During my last visit, I called in to order two items for pickup. When I asked for a corned beef sandwich, she was quite unpleasant, and when I tried to add stuffed cabbage, that seemed to be too much for her to handle. I would recommend going to Kosher Nosh in Glen Rock instead. The staff there is friendly, the food is good, and they have a much larger selection. I ordered the same two items from them, and they were ready when I arrived. It was worth the extra few miles. Life is too short to deal with unfriendly people in the service...

Absolutely terrible! I ordered an extra, extra, extra lean corned beef sandwich, and the man pointed to the case, saying this was the cold one, which is extra lean, while the hot one had fat on it. I agreed, but what I received was a cold cut of corned beef that was lean but filled with gristle. I had to spit out every bite into the bag! For $15, I could have gone to a deli and gotten two sandwiches for that price! You should know the difference between real corned beef and cold cuts, not ones full of fat. Shame on you!

They came to our rescue when our seder plans were thrown into chaos due to a COVID diagnosis. We didn't place an order in advance, but they still had a great selection and ample portions for a seder catering to 15 people. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere had a fast-paced, classic Jewish deli vibe. It's not for the faint of heart or those who struggle to keep up with the speed and decisiveness expected when placing your order.

This used to be my favorite spot for smoked fish. While I was accustomed to subpar service, the food was always good. That is no longer the case. They were out of sable, and the nova I received was old and inedible. It even smelled bad when I brought it home. I won’t be returning. Book a table now

I paid $31 for a pound of potato salad, half a pound of tuna salad, chicken salad, and cucumber salad. The chicken salad was inedible; it was drowning in mayonnaise. I used to visit this place frequently many years ago when the food was excellent, but I won't be coming back again.

I just went here this week for the first time. We bought Pickled herring. Wow it is fantastic. The staff is super nice and all of the food looks and smells delicious. Oh and we also brought home some chicken noodle soup. yummy!!

This is an excellent kosher deli! Their potato salad, pastrami, and corned beef are among the best I've ever tasted. I grab lunch from here at least once a week, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them every time.

If you're looking for an example of a delicatessen in it's decline, look no further. A once great Deli now just a ghost of itself. Book a table now
